1. The admission will be done on the basis of merit of PG common Entrance Test (CET).
The CET shall be conducted as scheduled following "Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya CET regulation". Director of Instructions (DI) shall be the Chairman of the admission committee for all PG and Ph.D. degree programmes of the University,
2. CET shall be mandatory, for admission in PG programme for all the candidates, including in-service candidates from state government, university or any other organization. There shall be 33% cut off marks for qualifying PG CET for both regular and in-service candidates. In case of SC and ST 5% relaxation in cutoff marks will be provided. If seat remain vacant cutoff marks shall be reduced accordingly till the seats are filled as per the merit. The in-service candidates who qualifies CET shall be given admission based on their seniority.
3. The question paper of CET 2021 will be 200 Questions based on Undergraduate Syllabus which is available on the website http://www.igau.edu.in/https://igkv.ac.in.
4. Age limit: Students must not be below the age of 20 years as on 31 August 2021 for admission to Master's Degree programme.
5. The Chhattisgarh domicile certificate will be compulsory for PG admissions. IGKV graduates will be exempted from this compulsion for Master's degree programme. In case, if seats remained vacant in Master's degree programme, admission to non domicile candidates shall not be given.

7. The candidates seeking admission under reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) should belong to Chhattisgarh state only and they will have to bring copy of permanent caste certificate and state domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh along with hard copy of online application form on the day of verification.
8. The candidates from CG domicile belonging to OBC category and seeking admission under this category shall bring income certificate showing that they belong to non-creamy layer failing which their case will not be considered for admission under OBC category,
9. The timings of CET will be from 2.00 PM to 4,00 PM.
10. The candidate must have sentired minimum admission requirement hy 30th August 2021 positively
11. Online counseling will be followed as per the schedule available on website (https://ipky.ac.in). Only online counseling procedure shall be followed for admission.
12. Candidates are requested to visit regularly the IGKV website for all the details related to CET examination counseling and verification for the allotment of PG.
13. The Mobile App "e-krishi Pathshala” may be downloaded from google play store to get the regular updates & status of Admission.
